Choose the Right Strength

How to Use

  1. First thing each morning, apply one fresh patch to clean, dry, hairless skin of the thigh, arm, chest, or hip.
  2. Apply to a new part of your body each day. After 2 to 3 days, you may apply to a previous spot if there’s no sign of irritation.
  3. Before going to sleep, remove the patch and dispose of it safely.

Ready to quit completely? Use a patch in order to control your nicotine cravings and withdrawal symptoms. We recommend starting with the strongest patch and then working your way down over 12 weeks.

Smoke 15 or more cigarettes per day? Use this chart as a guide:

Weeks 1 to 8 Use the 25mg patch
Weeks 9 & 10 Use the 15mg patch
Weeks 11 & 12 Use the 10 mg patch
After 12 weeks Stop using the patch

Smoke less than 15 cigarettes per day? Use this chart as a guide:

Weeks 1 to 8 Use the 15mg patch
Weeks 9 to 12 Use the 10mg patch
After 12 weeks Stop using the patch

Inactive Ingredients

Medium chain triglycerides, basic butylated methacrylate copolymer, polyethylenterephthalate film (PET), acrylic adhesive solution, potassium hydroxide, croscarmellose sodium, aluminium acetylacetonate, siliconized PET release liner with aluminized single side.
